Privacy by design

Patients are numbers.

  • Names, dates, phone numbers and record numbers are refused as they are typed, and again on the server.
  • Access codes are hashed, never kept as they were given.
  • Wrong guesses lock the page.
  • AI drafts are never shown to a patient until the clinician shares them.
